ADAPT METHOD
The ADAPT Method is a physical and technical training system designed for dancers of any discipline. It combines a wide variety of exercises, including yoga, Pilates, therapeutic exercise and physiotherapy techniques, all built around healthy habits that form an integral part of the method.
The aim is to help dancers achieve their best possible performance, prevent injuries and learn to work with their bodies in a healthy way. ADAPT develops physical abilities such as strength, flexibility, endurance, control and proprioception, as well as dance-specific technical movements such as jumps, arabesque and en dehors. At the same time, students learn how to warm up effectively, help their bodies recover after classes and manage minor aches and discomfort, gradually gaining a deeper understanding of their most important working instrument: their body.
