She holds a degree in Contemporary Dance Pedagogy from the María de Ávila Higher Conservatoire of Dance and from the CNDC L’Esquisse National Centre for Contemporary Dance in Angers, France, as well as a Master’s degree in Performing Arts from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. She furthered her training by studying Cunningham technique with Merce Cunningham in New York.

She has developed her career as a performer with companies including Provisional Danza – Carmen Werner, Linga Company, Cía. Toula Limnaios, Cocoon Dance Company and Kassel Tanz Theater, while also working as a choreographer and assistant director on various stage projects.

She has received several awards, including Libertad Amor y Danza at the Valladolid International Dance Competition, Solodos en Danza at the Burgos–New York Choreography Competition, and Best Performer at the La Espiral Festival in Santander. She is regularly invited to teach workshops at leading schools, conservatoires and companies, both in Spain and internationally. She currently teaches at the María de Ávila Professional Conservatoire of Dance.
