Dancer and Artistic Director of the Antonio Gades Company, she is regarded as one of the leading figures in preserving and promoting the legacy of Antonio Gades. She joined the Antonio Gades Company at the age of 17, going on to build a distinguished artistic career.

Throughout her career, she has worked with leading artists and companies in the worlds of Flamenco and Spanish Dance, collaborating with figures such as Manolete, Juan Andrés Maya, Paco Peña and Mario Maya. She has also taken part in international productions, toured extensively across Europe and appeared in Callas Forever, directed by Franco Zeffirelli.

Since 2004, she has served as Artistic Director of the Antonio Gades Company, leading the revival and transmission of key works from the master’s repertoire, including Carmen, Bodas de Sangre, Fuenteovejuna and Suite Flamenca. Her artistic and educational work has been essential in preserving Antonio Gades’ aesthetic and theatrical vision and introducing it to new generations of dancers and audiences around the world.
