He began his training with Luis Fuente, later continuing with Carmen Roche, whom he considers his principal teacher, as well as Ana Baselga and Lola de Ávila. He developed his career as a professional dancer with leading international companies, including Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo and London Festival Ballet.
He holds a PhD in Research in Humanities, Arts and Education from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and currently teaches as Professor of Classical Dance at the María de Ávila Professional Dance Conservatoire, where he specialises in the methodology and pedagogy of Classical Dance.
