ADAPT METHOD
What is it?
The Adapt Method is a physical and technical training system designed for dancers of all disciplines. The method incorporates a wide range of exercises, including Yoga, Pilates, therapeutic exercise and physiotherapy techniques, all built around healthy habits and integrated into the Adapt Method itself.
Its aim is to help dancers achieve their full potential, prevent injuries and learn to work with their bodies in a healthy and sustainable way.
At Adapt, we develop physical abilities such as strength, flexibility, endurance, control and proprioception, while also working on dance-specific technical movements such as jumps, arabesques and en dehors. At the same time, we teach students how to warm up effectively, recover after classes and manage minor aches and discomfort, helping them gradually develop a deeper understanding of their most important working instrument: their body.
