Spanish Dance students performed the choreography “Albor” by Antonio Najarro with great success at the “Dance: Here and Now” gala, held on May 23 at the Teatro Payà in Burriana.

The event, an initiative of the Department of Culture and the Centre Municipal de les Arts of Burriana, brought together nearly one hundred dancers from various conservatories in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Riba-roja, and Castellón.

“Albor” was created by Antonio Najarro for our Choreographic Workshops, with music by maestro Moreno Buendía and costumes by our former student Marcos Ruiz.

During their stay in Burriana, the students were accompanied by Spanish Dance teachers Gema Barreda and Mar López.
